Leaving Day

Today we dropped Daddy off at the airport. The kids were sad to see him get on the plane but know that the countdown has begun. We look forward to reading his posts here of how things are going and posting pictures for him to see.

3/31 Cierra was nominated for Girls State
3/30 RKs enjoying the game they made up.

3/26 Sitting with Cierra as she went thru really old pictures we found at mom's house.
3/26 Everyone pitched in to help Mom prep for Wally's visit. All the kids were really helpful

3/19: Going to All State to hear Cierra sing; spending time with Diane on the trip to Winthrop; Listening to Cierra on the way home

2/26 Got to spend time just me and Caitlin. That was glorious fun.

2/24 Cierra's costume works well and doesn't look as dorky as she thought it would
2/23 I have a new Ranger Kid and next week I will have his little brother too. Pray that I can change their mentality.
2/21 'Helping' Cierra do brain teasers
2/20 Caitlin 'put on lipstick' at church and ended up looking like a girl version of the joker. Her Sunday school teacher had to laugh.
2/20 Watching Family Feud top 10 ridiculous answers.
2/19 First Aid / CPR complete. Kids had a blast playing with the Sneiders
2/17 While reading a book with Caitlin she tapped me on the shoulder and waved her hand over the 2 pages and said "Which page are you on?"
2/17 We passed a little dirt mover where a crew was laying sod today. Caitlin stopped pointed to the tread and said "There's a lot of dirt on there. Somebody needs to tell them."
2/17 Walking with Caitlin as she "skated" down the road she said "Mommy I want us to do this everyday"
2/16: I made the comment that to Cierra texting was one of the most important things in her world. Caitlin looked at me and said "Mommy the most important things in my world is my family"
2/15 Corbin's practicing hard on his Sign Language skills for his merit.
2/14 We built Windmills and the wind was very strong so the kids could see them work
2/13 Sitting on the couch looking at really old pictures and talking with Cierra about the people in them.
2/11 Cierra's friends are funny. "That reminds of the time I asked Cierra's mom what to do with the chicken bones...' Angel's boyfriend Aaron
2/12 Watching the kids play on the playground
2/9 Finalized all pictures for the video project
2/9 awards night for the kids, didn't fall apart when I had to speak.
2/8 God took me down a road and showed me a recycling center closer to home so I don't have to go to the one on Stamey Livestock Rd. YEAH!!!
2/8 Cierra read a chapter to the kids and all of them had fun telling me about it,
2/7 Lunch out with the R.N.S.C.
2/6 Agape meal at church
2/2: 2 near misses with car accidents

2/1: Phone calls helped reduce a few costs

2/1: All Bills paid without struggle
1/31: Stopped to get gas even though gauge said I had 1/4 of a tank- it lied I had about 2 gallons left
1/31: Made it back to Sumter without getting lost
1/31: Laughed hard with Cierra watching Tim Hawkins Video
